What's an AI Setup Session?
A focused CH Digitals engagement for small businesses that have turned AI on but haven't connected it properly. We map your workflows, set up Claude or ChatGPT with your real business context, wire it into your tools, and leave you with documented prompts your team can actually use. Most engagements run two to four weeks end-to-end.
What does it cost?
Project-priced from a written quote after the discovery call. Setup sessions are smaller than a full Digital Operating System build — most sit in the $2K–$8K range depending on integration complexity. We don't publish a fixed price because the scope changes per business.
Which AI tools do you set up?
Whichever fits the use case. We work most often with Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI), occasionally Gemini, plus the platform-specific AI features inside Notion, Shopify, HubSpot and Klaviyo. We pick the tool, not the brand.
Do I need to already have AI subscriptions?
No. We'll review your needs and recommend the right paid tier. If you've been paying for a tool you don't actually use, we'll tell you to cancel it. We're not on commission.
Will this replace anyone on my team?
Almost never. AI Setup Sessions are about removing manual work — drafting, summarising, tagging, repetitive admin — so your team can spend more time on the work that actually requires them. If headcount reduction is your goal, this isn't the right engagement.
How is this different from BCE Membership?
BCE Membership is the always-current SOP library plus the BCE app — a self-serve subscription you can run yourself. An AI Setup Session is a one-off engagement where we do the setup for you and document it in your business. Many clients start with a Setup Session, then take BCE Membership to keep the SOPs current as platforms change.
