We collect data in the following ways:

Contact and enquiry forms — When you submit a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

SOP downloads and email captures — When you download a free SOP, join the case-study waitlist, or sign up for any other email-gated resource, we collect your name, email address, and the industry tag derived from the URL (where present). This information is used to deliver the resource and to send a short follow-up sequence with related work. One-click unsubscribe is included in every email.

Google Analytics 4 — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through GA4. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Booking system — When you book a discovery call via Google Calendar, your data is handled by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Payment processing — When you purchase an SOP or BCE membership, payment data is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card or banking information on our servers.

Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default settings of Google Analytics 4 (14 months).
